Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

出海易 (Adusb) is a business-to-business (B2B) influencer marketing platform operated by Shanghai Ziyi Advertising Co., Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). The Platform connects brands and advertising agencies with overseas marketing resources, including social media creators, media outlets, and event venues, and provides tools for campaign matchmaking, ordering, tracking, and settlement.

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (PIPL) and other applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account and registration data

• Company name, contact person, phone number, email address, account credentials.
• For enterprise accounts: information your organization provides about its members, based on your organization’s representation that it has obtained the necessary authorizations.
• Where identity verification is required by law or for security purposes, we (or a third-party verification service provider) may collect your real name, ID number, mobile number, and facial image. Refusing this will prevent use of that specific feature but will not affect other Platform functions.

2.2 Business content you provide

• Creator / media / venue profiles, pricing, portfolios and campaign materials you upload.
• Campaign briefs, scripts, deliverables, messages, and feedback exchanged on the Platform.
• Payment and settlement information necessary for transactions (name, bank card type and number, ID number, amount, mobile number), processed by our partner payment institutions.

2.3 Data from connected third-party platforms (Meta / Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

When you voluntarily connect a third-party social media account, we obtain only the data displayed on that platform’s authorization screen and approved by you. Connecting an account is always optional.

We access such data exclusively through official, authorized interfaces. We do not scrape accounts, and we do not collect private messages, contact lists, or any data outside the approved scopes.

2.4 Device and log data

• IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and pages visited, used for security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.
• Cookies and similar technologies, used to keep you signed in and to remember preferences.

3. How We Use Data

• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform;
• To display creator, media, and venue profiles and their performance data to other Platform users as part of the matchmaking service;
• To facilitate campaign orders, in-platform messaging, progress notifications, and settlement;
• To process payments and prevent fraud;
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use data obtained from connected third-party platforms for any purpose other than providing the features described above.

4. Legal Basis

We process personal information on the following bases under PIPL: your consent; performance of a contract to which you are a party; compliance with legal obligations; and the necessity of responding to public health emergencies or protecting the rights and interests of individuals where legally permitted.

5. Sharing and Entrusting Processing

• With other Platform users: your profile and connected-account insights are visible to potential business counterparties, which is the purpose of the matchmaking service.
• With service providers: hosting, payment, identity verification, and communication providers acting under contract on our behalf.
• With our affiliates and partners: where necessary to provide the specific function you requested.
• As required by law: to comply with legal process, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.

We have conducted personal information protection impact assessments for high-risk processing activities such as entrusted processing and provision to third parties, in accordance with PIPL.

6. Storage and Retention

• Data is stored on servers located in the People’s Republic of China, protected by access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and audit logging.
• Account and transaction data is retained while your account is active, and thereafter as required by law (for example, transaction records are retained for no less than three years under the E-Commerce Law) or for finance, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes.
• Data obtained from connected third-party platforms is retained while the connection remains active. After you disconnect the account or close your Platform account, we will delete or de-identify such data within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

• Access and copy: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: update your account information in the Platform settings, or request correction.
• Deletion: request deletion of your personal information; see section 8.
• Withdraw consent: disconnect a connected third-party account at any time in the Platform settings; you may also revoke access through that platform’s own account settings (for Meta: Settings & Privacy → Business integrations).
• Close your account: contact us to close your account. We will verify your identity and process the request within fifteen (15) business days. Account closure is irreversible.
• Opt out of recommendations: you may turn off personalized recommendations in the Platform settings.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Peter_xin@ziyiad.com. We will verify your identity and respond within fifteen (15) business days or within the period required by law.

8. How to Request Deletion of Your Data

You may request deletion at any time by either of the following methods:

• Email: send a deletion request to Peter_xin@ziyiad.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within fifteen (15) business days, and confirm by email.
• In the Platform: disconnect connected third-party accounts in your account settings, or contact us to close your Platform account entirely.

Upon deletion, we remove or de-identify your personal information, retaining only what is required by applicable law (for example, transaction records) or necessary for legitimate purposes such as financial settlement and dispute resolution.

9. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls restricted to personnel who need it, and security audits. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will respond promptly to any security incident in accordance with applicable law.

10. Minors

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are under 14, please do not register or use the service. If you are between 14 and 18, you must obtain your parent’s or guardian’s consent before using the Platform. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor under 14, we will stop processing and delete it promptly.

11. Cross-Border Transfer

We store and process personal information within the People’s Republic of China. Where a transfer outside China is necessary, we will comply with the conditions required by PIPL, including separate consent and the execution of standard contracts, and will inform you accordingly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or other reasonable means.

隐私政策

一、引言

出海易（Adusb）是由上海梓易广告有限公司（下称"公司"或"我们"）运营的企业对企（B2B）红人营销平台，为品牌方、广告公司与海外达人、媒体、场地等资源方提供撮合、下单、跟单与结算等服务。我们将依照《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》等法律法规保护您的个人信息。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用、与谁共享、保存多久，以及您享有哪些权利。

二、我们收集的信息

2.1 账号与注册信息

• 公司名称、联系人、手机号码、邮箱地址及账号凭证。
• 企业账户情形下，您的企业基于已获授权向我们提供与您相关的信息（账号名、企业邮箱、工作电话、工作地点及上级主管等）。
• 依法需要实名认证的场景，我们或第三方认证服务机构可能收集您的真实姓名、身份证号码、手机号码及人脸信息。拒绝提供将导致无法使用该特定功能，但不影响其他功能。

2.2 您主动提供的业务信息

• 您上传的达人/媒体/场地资料、报价、作品与营销资料。
• 任务需求、脚本、交付物、站内沟通与反馈内容。
• 支付结算所必需的信息（姓名、银行卡类型及卡号、身份证号码、支付金额、手机号码），由合作的第三方支付机构处理。

2.3 第三方平台授权数据（Meta / Instagram、TikTok、YouTube）

您自愿连接第三方社交账号时，我们仅获取该平台授权页面向您展示、且经您同意的数据。连接账号始终为可选项。

我们仅通过官方授权接口获取上述数据，不进行爬取，不收集私信、通讯录或超出授权范围的任何信息。

2.4 设备与日志信息

• IP 地址、浏览器类型、操作系统、访问时间、浏览页面等，用于安全保障、故障排查与服务改进。
• Cookie 及同类技术，用于保持登录状态与记录偏好设置。

三、我们如何使用信息

• 运营、维护、保障并改进平台功能；
• 向平台内其他用户展示达人/媒体/场地资料及其表现数据，实现撮合服务；
• 处理订单、站内沟通、节点通知与结算；
• 完成支付并防范欺诈；
• 履行法定义务并响应合法请求。

我们不会出售您的个人信息。第三方平台授权数据仅用于上述场景，不作其他用途。

四、处理的法律基础

我们依据《个人信息保护法》在下列基础上处理个人信息：取得您的同意；为订立、履行您作为一方当事人的合同所必需；履行法定义务所必需；以及法律允许的其他情形。

五、共享、转让与委托处理

• 向平台内其他用户展示：您的资料与已连接账号的表现数据将对潜在合作方展示，这是撮合服务的目的所在。
• 委托处理：托管、支付、实名认证、消息通知等服务提供商，在合同约定范围内为我们处理。
• 关联方与合作方：为提供您所请求的特定功能所必需的范围。
• 依法提供：为遵守法律程序、执行平台规则，或保护用户及公众的人身、财产等合法权益所必需。

对于委托处理、向第三方提供等高风险处理活动，我们已按《个人信息保护法》要求进行个人信息保护影响评估。

六、存储与保留

• 数据存储于中华人民共和国境内服务器，采用传输加密（HTTPS）、访问权限控制与审计日志等安全措施。
• 账号与交易数据在账号存续期间保留；注销或删除后，在法律要求期限内继续保留（如《电子商务法》规定的交易信息不少于三年），或基于财务、审计、争议解决目的合理延长。
• 第三方平台授权数据：在连接存续期间保留；您断开连接或注销平台账号后，我们将在 30 日内删除或匿名化处理，法律法规另有规定的除外。

七、您的权利

• 查阅、复制：可申请查阅并复制我们持有的您的个人信息。
• 更正：可在平台设置中自行更新，或申请更正。
• 删除：可申请删除您的个人信息，详见第八条。
• 撤回授权：可随时在平台设置中断开已连接的第三方账号；亦可在该第三方平台的账号设置中撤销授权（Meta：设置与隐私 → 商务集成）。
• 注销账号：联系我们注销账号，我们将验证身份后处理，并在 15 个工作日内回复。账号注销为不可逆操作。
• 关闭个性化推荐：可在平台设置中随时关闭。

行使上述权利请通过 Peter_xin@ziyiad.com 与我们联系，我们将在验证您的身份后于 15 个工作日或法律法规要求的时限内回复。

八、如何申请删除您的数据

您可以随时通过以下任一方式提出删除请求：

• 邮件方式：使用账号绑定邮箱向 Peter_xin@ziyiad.com 发送主题为"数据删除请求（Data Deletion Request）"的邮件。我们将在验证身份后于 15 个工作日内完成删除，并通过邮件确认。
• 平台内方式：在账号设置中断开已连接的第三方账号，或联系我们注销平台账号。

删除完成后，我们将删除或匿名化处理您的个人信息，仅保留法律法规要求留存的部分（如交易记录）以及财务结算、争议解决所必需的信息。

九、安全措施

我们采取与数据性质相适应的管理、技术与物理安全措施，包括传输加密（HTTPS/TLS）、最小必要的访问权限控制以及安全审计。请注意，任何传输与存储方式都无法保证绝对安全；如发生安全事件，我们将依法及时处置并告知。

十、未成年人条款

平台主要面向年满十八周岁的成年人。我们不会主动收集未成年人的个人信息。未满十四周岁的未成年人请勿注册使用；已满十四周岁未满十八周岁的，须在监护人同意后方可使用。如我们发现无意中收集了未满十四周岁未成年人的信息，将立即停止处理并尽快删除。

十一、跨境传输

我们在中华人民共和国境内存储和处理个人信息。确需向境外提供的，我们将遵守《个人信息保护法》规定的条件（包括单独同意、订立标准合同等），并向您告知相关情况。

十二、政策更新

我们可能适时修订本政策。最新版本将始终发布在本页面并更新日期。重大变更将通过平台或其他合理方式通知您。
